Cognitive Dissonance

This is an interesting topic from one of the discussion forums from the PIDP 3250 course I am taking. I am going to  post the video that “Su” (a fellow learner) put up as an intro to the forum. It is short (under 5 min) and concisely explains the concept.

The area I struggle with is keeping to an exercise schedule. I know that increasing my exercise will be good for my health, but I seem to be able to justify that I can skip (not with a rope but just not doing anything) when I am tired and it won’t really do me any harm……
